Ordering


Just like any site we have built a secure e-shop which is straight forward. We accept PayPal and all major cards including Visa, Mastercard & Amex. If you do find any technical issue or for any other help please contactus@squishgifts.com




Dispatch Time


We will dispatch all orders within one to two working days. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as we have handed your Squish Gifts package over to our chosen delivery company.




Missing Item


Missing an item or something broke while it was getting to you? We will investigate and send you a replacement as soon as possible or issue a refund - email us contactus@squishgifts.com




Promo Codes


We offer various promo codes throughout the year. These can be used within the checkout for discounts on your order or on delivery charges. Codes have an expiry date and cannot be used after this time. Only one my be used per customer, per order.




Returns, Refunds and Exchanges


For faulty or damaged items, we're happy to accept returns for a full refund or exchange within 28 days of delivery. Simply get in touch via contactus@squishgifts.com and we'll do the rest. If you've simply changed your mind, we're happy to accept returns or exchangs on items within 14 days of delivery. Email us via contactus@squishgifts.com with details and we'll give you the address to post the item back to. Items must be returned in their original packaging, and in a resellable condition. Refunds will only be issued once we have recieved the items, and will take up to 14 days to proccess, depending on the method with which you paid. Please don't send anything to us before we confirm we'll accept it; the item may get lost, and we won't be able to a refund on unexpected items.

Warranties


One year warranties are issued to all our Fresh 'n Rebel products. The warranty period begins on the date of purchase of this product and is valid throughout the EU.

The warranty you are entitled to is in addition to your statutory rights and does not affect them.

The warranty only applies in case of non-commercial use of our products.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, normal wear and tear, exposure to chemicals, force majeure, or modifications or repairs performed by yourself or third parties. In case we have sold out of the product we will issue you a store credit of the amount paid for you to use in our store. We will always try to have all stock available.




Monthly omni | subscriptions


Monthly subscriptions - Simply sign up and each month you'll receive 2 luxury melts or a 180ml candle delivered to your door (Depending on your subscription) Receiving + Payment After your payment is cleared will will send your subscription within 5 days - unless you need it on a specific date, simply email us and we will arrange this for you. You'll be charged each month on the date that you purchased the subscription. i.e. If you purchased the subscription on the 1st of the month, you will be charged every month thereafter on or around the 1st, depending on if it falls on a business banking day. Skipping a month Sadly our website doesn't offer that at the moment. However, if you drop us an e-mail to contactus@squishgifts.com, we can pause your subscription until you're ready again. Alternatively you can cancel the subscription - No ties or catches! Scents The element of surprise is always fun, however if you message | email us before your next shipment we will send the scent you'd like (Depending if it is available) that way we're both happy :) Cancelling You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Simply cancel your Direct Debit to stop the subscription. Or you can contact us at contactus@squishgifts.com and we can cancel your plan for you. Shipping It's free as is everything else regarding shipping on our site. Costs We've simplied everything in our subscription boxes with perks omni | melts - £6.99 a month with an extra luxury melt every 3 months. omni | candles - £15.99 a month with a 180ml candle and special discounts in our omni store.




Yearly omni | subscriptions


Yearly subscriptions - Simply sign up and each month you'll receive 2 luxury melts or a 180ml candle delivered to your door (Depending on your subscription) or 1 gorgous diffuser every 3 months. Receiving + Payment After your payment is cleared will will send your subscription every month (melts | candles) every 3 months for a diffuser subscription. If you need your melts | candles | diffusers on a specific date, simply email us and we will arrange this for you. You'll be charged for the full yearly subscription (That'll save you lots of money) on the date you purchased the subscription. i.e. If you purchased the subscription on the 1st of the month, we will dispatch your subscription on the 1st. Remember you won't be charged again till a whole year later. Skipping a month We can arrange this for you and send extras a month later - just drop us an e-mail to contactus@squishgifts.com, we will speak with you.
